秦波,中國科學(xué)院國家天文臺研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。主要從事宇宙學(xué)與暗物質(zhì)研究,發(fā)表多篇研究論文。受科技部委托,作為中方代表,先后任職國際SKA組織戰(zhàn)略委員會、出資工作組、政府間正式談判工作組及董事會等,并參與撰寫了“中國SKA白皮書”。
