本書以精度設計為主題,詳細闡述了精度設計作為機械設計的重要內容在生產中的應用。本書共11 章,主要內容如下:緒論、孔和軸的尺寸精度設計、幾何精度設計、表面輪廓精度設計、測量技術基礎、滾動軸承精度設計、鍵與花鍵精度設計、螺紋精度設計、圓柱齒輪精度設計、圓錐配合精度設計、精度設計與精度分析。本書還結合計算機輔助精度分析軟件的應用,介紹了精度設計與精度分析案例。
陳雪輝,男,工學博士,教授,碩士研究生導師;現擔任安徽建筑大學機電學院機械實驗中心主任,是中國機械工程學會激光加工委員會委員、安徽省機械工程學會理事。主要從事數字化設計與制造技術、特種加工技術等方向的科學研究工作,近年來所屬科研團隊在機械結構零部件的優化設計與智能制造、裝備系統的智能控制與檢測、機械工程裝備的動力學分析計算、激光精密加工技術以及金屬粉末材料增材制造(3D打印)技術等方面展開持續深入的研究。
