本書意在把精益這件事說明白,既有大量案例的解釋說明,還有工具運用后的反思和總結,真正達到"學”與"思”的有機結合。本書共包含 9 章。其中,管理篇包括第1 章和第2 章,主要講解了精益生產的發展和管理層面推行精益的步驟和要點;后面7 章為工具篇,從認識工廠的工具入手,以人、機、法、環,以及新技術展望為脈絡,由整體到局部,從基礎到精通,結合現場實際案例對各種精益工具進行了詳細講解。本書還對很多精益知識點進行了重新詮釋,大多數是筆者在推行現場改善的實戰過程中的感悟與總結。
